Our finished lines have been exported to Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Dubai, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Tanzania, India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and other countries.

Our colored aluminum printing line processes aluminum strip thickness 0.2-3 mm and width 800-1800 mm. The process speed ranges 20-120 m/min, max coating thickness 40 μm, printing ink layer ≤1 μm, annual output from 20,000 to 60,000 tons.

Our lines mainly adopt Siemens PLC system, with Profibus-DP / fiber-bus communication. Human-machine interface uses touch screen or WINCC. Alternative Yaskawa or mixed Siemens-Yaskawa control solutions are available. The system supports fault recording, parameter storage and full line tension & speed automatic control.

Yes. Our servo deviation correcting system applies to carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper strip lines for rolling, pickling, color coating, tension leveling and recoiling. It provides ±1 mm control precision, good anti-oil-pollution performance and stable long time running.

VCM plate is PVC/PET film laminated metal sheet widely used for refrigerators and washing machines. Our VCM line handles strip width 800-1400 mm, thickness 0.2-1.2 mm. Max line speed is 60 m/min for film lamination, 40 m/min for printing, with annual capacity 30,000-80,000 tons.

The catalytic incineration system treats organic waste gas from coating curing ovens. It burns VOCs at 220-350 ℃ and recycles combustion heat back to oven heating. It achieves 15%-35% energy saving, meets GB16297-1996 emission standard, and replaces multiple small burners with one high power combustion unit.

The sewing machine is used for head to tail connection of steel, copper, aluminum and galvanized strips. It can lock sew strip tail and next coil strip head without line stop. It has single row or double row sewing structure, short sewing time ≤10 s, and fits strip thickness up to 2.0 mm (aluminum up to 3.0 mm).

A full printing production line mainly includes uncoiler, sewing machine, tensioner, inlet/outlet looper, degreasing & washing unit, roller coating machine, printing unit, curing oven, deviation correcting system, shear machine and recoiler. It can also be equipped with catalytic incineration waste gas recovery system.

For our color steel printing line, the process speed ranges from 25-200 m/min. For the printing unit, single color printing reaches max 60 m/min, while two color / three color over printing maxes out at 40 m/min, with printing layer thickness ≤1 μm.

Our production lines work with hot dip galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel, galvalume steel, cold rolled steel, aluminum strips and aluminum alloy sheets. They support colored steel plate, colored aluminum plate, home appliance VCM/PCM film coated plates and decorative insulated panels for building applications.
