This hydraulic coil upender, also known as coil reversing machine, is widely used for vertical packaging of metal coils. It tilts horizontal coils into vertical position for convenient long-distance transportation. The load capacity ranges from 3 to 30 tons with reversal speed of 25 seconds per cycle. It ensures safe and stable coil turnover for steel and aluminum coil processing lines.

The plate shear is used on the uncoiling and leveling line of plates and it is a high speed plate shear designed to match the fast speed and shearing requirements of the production line. The thick plate lines most have hydraulic high speed shears and the thin plate line most have electric and pneumatic plate shears.
This tension machine provides stable strip tension control for metal strip color coating and galvanizing lines. It can be configured as horizontal, vertical, 2/3/4-roll or multi unit combined forms. Main roll diameter ranges from 400–1200mm. Optional 1–4 press rollers (200–350mm diameter) are driven by hydraulic or air cylinder. Powered by servo or dedicated variable frequency AC motors for accurate tension regulation.

This hydraulic uncoiler receives the coil from the loading coil car and feeds its head into the production line. Featuring fixed uncoiling with a four-pyramid axis reel structure, it consists of a mandrel, reducer, motor, and mandrel expansion hydraulic cylinder. The reel expands and contracts via hydraulic cylinder control, while the mandrel is driven by motor frequency conversion for precise speed regulation. Suitable for uncoiling in various coil production lines.
