This printing unit supports 1‑3 colors or multi color patterns on pre‑coated metal strip. It runs at max 60m/min for single color printing and 40m/min for dual or three color printing, meeting diversified decorative pattern demands for color coating production lines.
Wide Compatibility for Multiple Metal Strips
It is compatible with hot dip galvanized strip, electro galvanized strip and aluminum strip. It works steadily for strips within 0.2‑1.5mm thickness and 800‑1250mm width under qualified mechanical property and flatness requirements.
