Product Introduction
The Recoiler machine machine is installed at the exit end of the color coating production line. Its core function is to rewind continuous color-coated metal sheet into finished coils to facilitate storage and transportation.
The Recoiler machine machine consists of reel, rotary expansion and contraction cylinder, gear box, driving motor, brake and pedestal. It features cantilever pyramid seamless reel structure, hydraulic expansion and contraction, and AC frequency converted motor speed regulation for smooth and uniform coil winding.
Max load capacity reaches 30 tons. It adapts to coil inner diameter 508mm, max outer diameter 1500mm and sheet width 500–2850mm, widely used in continuous metal color coating processing.
