Our hydraulic uncoiler feeds coils stably at the entry of metal strip production lines. A cantilever mandrel with variable-frequency AC motor drive maintains precise back tension, keeping strip flat and wrinkle-free. Thick steel plate gearbox base and four bronze-slide expandable valves with rotating hydraulic cylinder control lock coils up to 508/610mm bore.
Tool-free changeover, low vibration, and easy maintenance for daily production. As an EPC turnkey line manufacturer, Jingxiang integrates it into complete surface treatment systems. It handles steel, aluminum, and stainless coils in stamping, slitting, coating lines.
