This tension machine provides stable strip tension control for metal strip color coating and galvanizing lines. It can be configured as horizontal, vertical, 2/3/4-roll or multi unit combined forms. Main roll diameter ranges from 400–1200mm. Optional 1–4 press rollers (200–350mm diameter) are driven by hydraulic or air cylinder. Powered by servo or dedicated variable frequency AC motors for accurate tension regulation.

Multiple Structural Layouts for Line Integration
Available in horizontal, vertical, two roll, three roll, four roll or multi-unit combined structures. Flexible layout design adapts to different workshop space and production line arrangement, easy to integrate into galvanizing and color coating continuous processing lines.
Customizable Roller Configuration
Main roller diameter covers 400–1200mm. Customers may select 1 to 4 press rollers of 200–350mm diameter, actuated by air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder. The adjustable pressing force keeps consistent tension for different metal strips.
High Precision Drive System
Equipped with servo motor or special variable-frequency AC motor. It delivers fast and precise tension adjustment during continuous strip running. Effectively avoids strip deviation, wrinkling and breakage to guarantee stable continuous production.
